Composition: entry walk of trees, which is limited by typical salent stone wall called “muretto a secco” (it is a building style that belongs to the villages of the South); huge garden with car parks, covered veranda for breakfast/lunch/dinner outside, practical outside shower (above all when you come back from the beach); spacious liveable kitchen with table, chairs, fireplace to grill, fridge, cooking corner with 4 fires (equipped and furnished with anything necessary to cook), comfortable living room that – if necessary – can be transformed into a sleeping room (because it has got an independent entry, one on the three entries, from the garden); 2 spacious sleeping rooms with double beds, respectively 20 and 22 square metred (big); bathroom with shower box.
