The villa is located in front of the sea, in one of the most beautiful Salento resorts: Sant'Andrea. It holds a total area of 2500 m2 and it is surrounded by a fench , there are 80 m2 coverage. The huge garden is divided into pinewood and meadow, an orchard and a small parking area for 3 cars. On the meadow there are: sunshades, low chairs, barbecue open shower. The interior layout of the villa is arranged as follows: 2 comfortable bedrooms and one single room with two bunk beds, part of the living room. All the 3 rooms have a tv, furniture (bedside, cupboard etc..); kitchen with a microwave, big fridge and all appliances (pans, crockery, fridge etc..); bathroom with shower bath; porch (It is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the open air), overlooking at the bay. |
