Lovely villa that can be hired in Otranto, renewed holiday resort in the wonderful Salento. The villa is the ideal way to spend the summer holidays, it is located at 50 mt away from the sea and it is near the harbour, (starting point for the boat excursions). The interior layout and outside setting of the house are well organized. There are a spacious living room with a big table (12 places), a big sofa bed (3 places), tv and all furniture; a small kitchen with all facilities (appliances, fridge, electric oven, pans, crockeries, etc..); 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed size plus sofa bed (2 sleeping accommodation) and one with 2 bunk bed a total sleeping accommodation for 4 people; bathroom with shower bath.The outside setting: a full furnished covered courtyard with comfortable chairs and small sofa; fully furnished backyard (table and chairs); one more bathroom with a washing machine; and a private garage.
