This villa is perfect if you like to have a relaxing holiday in summer time. The arrangement of the vacation is as follows: a huge garden (about 1000m2), with olive trees, palm trees, gazebo, covered porch (charming place to have breakfast in the morning, listening to the birds chirping); 3 spacious bedrooms (all of them with 2 comfortable twin beds); bathroom with shower bath and tub; a wide living room having a fireplace for barbecue, table chairs, a sofa and all furniture; a small kitchen with a cooker with 4 fires, gaz oven, appliances, fridge.
This villa is ideal for families, couples for people who want to spend relaxing holidays far away from the noisy streets or cities (It is 1,5 km far from the sea and near to a natural park)

Torre Specchia Ruggeri, a place with mainly thin sandy beach .This is not the classic tourist place, because it is not crowded, the ideal place for relaxing holidays. It is well known because of the possibility to practice water sports like: “Kite surf”, “Wind Surf” and “Classic Serf”, having a particular exposition to the wind, more often you can see people gathering in Torre Specchia looking for that. Besides disco, pubs and night club are in a range of a 9 km, easy to get by car! There are also supermarkets; fish shops etc... in Torre Specchia.
