Nice villa in Torre Inserraglio , a locality on the Salento Coast of the Ionian sea (mainly rocky coast). It is situated in the wonderful modernl village (Tramonti, which means sunset), which has got this name because it is known that from this village you can see the most beautiful sunsets of Salent. There is next to the village also a private beach resort (inside the village there is also a swimming pool that can be used) . The house is composed as follows: two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and has got a covered veranda, the other one has got two single beds, that can be put together to become a double bad, if you need it); two bathrooms, one of them has got a shower, the other one has just a WC and a sink; there is also a living-room with a cooking corner and there is the possibility to add one more bed, everything is new and there is air conditioning everywhere (the apartment has less than 5 years). Outside there is a beautiful veranda that is equipped with anything you need to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, there are also an outside shower and sink.

Situated in the wonderful and modern village Tramonti, where there is also a swimming-pool that you can use, near there you find the private beach resorts of Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno, which are famous tourist places that are well known for their nightlife, because there are pubs and discos like the Rio Bo, Casablanca, Fico d’India etc. Besides you can admire the rocky coast in the near, in Torre Uluzzu and Porto Selvaggio, which belong to the most beautiful places of Salent and not only of Salent.
