Nice small villa with a garden that can be rented in San Foca, in Salent (a resort that is situated between Torre Dell’Orso and San Foca. The house that can be hired for holidays has got : small garden before it with a meadow, where you can put a table and chairs (in order to have breakfast(lunch/dinner outside); moreover, inside there are: a comfortable living room with a kitchen corner with 4 fires, equipped with anything necessary (pans, cookers, dishes, Italian coffee moca etc), TV and various furniture as well as a sleeping couch for two persons, sleeping room with a cupboard and chest of drawers as well as bedside tables, with two single beds that can be put together into one double bed, if necessary, bathroom with shower box and services, garden behind the house. The distance from the water is effectively 150 mt. There is also a private uncovered and numbered car park opposite the house.
