Nice small villa with garden to be hired in Roca, in Salent (a resort between Torre Dell’Orso and San Foca). The holiday house that can be hired for holidays has got: a small nice garden in front of it with a meadow, where you can put chairs and tables (in order to take your meals outside). Inside there are: a comfortable living room with a cooking corner with anything you need (dishes, plates, Italian coffee maker, frige etc.), TV, furniture; double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, further bed room with two single beds that can be put together in order to become one double bed, bathroom with shower box and hygienic services , garden behind the villa. It is 150 m away from the beach. It has also got a private parking place opposite the villa, which is uncovered, numbered.
