square metres size, with wrought iron beds and ventilators at the ceiling over the beds; new kitchen, completely furnished and equipped; TV, barbeque to grill, wide living room, comfortable, recently renewed bathroom with shower cabin and hydro massage shower, as well as a radio; 200 square metres big garden with various car parks, further outside shower, which is closed at its sides, covered veranda and a shaft made of the typical Lecce stone, called “pietra leccese”.
