The house is spacious and comfortable, it is surrounded on all sides by a big garden, It has a pinewood; tree palms; prickly pears; fir trees; some hedges; a small private garage with a shadow coverage. Moreover the house is surrounded by a big covered porch, having external shower, barbecue, etc.. The interior layout is arranged as follows: 3 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double side bed, the second with a twin bed and the third one with a bunk bed; a spacious and comfortable living room fully furnished; tv; table for 8 people; a kitchenette with all accessories (pans, crockeries, fridge, etc..), bathroom with a shower bath and a washing machine
