Nice small villa near the seaside (100 m) to be hired for summer stays in the wonderful locality of Salent, Roca (Rocca Vecchia, for further information see section “localities” of the site. The house is ideal fo a summer stay in Salent for 2-4 persons , it is composed as follows: small garden before the house with a sun curtain (with a table and chairs in order to have meals outside) , comfortable double bedroom (with wardrobe, bedside tables and other things); bedroom with two single beds; living/dining room with various furniture (cupboard, table, chairs, TV…); equipped kitchen with anything you may need (pans, fridge, dishes etc.) , bathroom with shower box), there is also a personal, reserved and numbered car park.
